It's not really low hanging fruit when the majority of the country would not understand why the President of the US was giving a whole bunch of money to some "greedy investors", and decreasing the funds available to taxpayers.

If Trump actually helped us, the media would destroy him, and voters wouldn't understand why it was the right thing to do.
