Volume on the day

Don't get me wrong, the sell volume absolutely gobbled the buy volume today, but I expect news at this point to follow suit what we saw today. We saw the company end up buying the shares they needed to then follow suit with the merger, reducing float size.

I think the news will come by end of week, if not by end of month.
