Totally agree. I wouldn't say there is no risk of dilution but it doesn't change the fact that drys is immense undervalued per financials. Most analysts confirmed that DRYs has a powerful balance sheet a/o today. Best in years. Even on fully dilution EBV is around $4.5 per Share. ( doesn't include upcoming revenues as i mentioned beforw).
