I don't think they actually have enough shares at the price they are getting for them to use shares to purchase 50 % of the Tap house, Formerly knows and the Unique Brew House.

There is absolutely now way they spend any money on the franchise program. No one will buy any anyway.

Little selling? There has been quite a lot of selling last couple months
