This May Be Difficult to Understand but.....

Kannabidioid was not an acquisition, it was the formation of a NEW company, with no assets, brand, reputation, etc. That is a terribly misleading statement when you say that they acquired a company. The only honest way to say it is, they formed a new company.

It's statements like this that have investors checking for themselves and the truths they are finding are not pretty, hence the plummeting of the stock price.

The company and the moderators should use their words very carefully and make sure that the statements are not misleading or deceiving.
