When Vanguard gets back on the NASDAQ, and the pps goes higher than the exercise price of $61.45 (say $71.45) You can either buy at $61.45 and sell at $71.45 ($10 profit) OR -- you can sell your warrants at the exercise price of $61.45 to big buyers who want the $10 pps gain. If you have 10,000 warrants x $61.45 = $614,050. Someone will buy those because they would instantly profit $100,000.

In my opinion
