CEO REFUSES TO ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY

I have to let the professionals do their job so I can concentrate of growing the value to my shareholder. Anyone that doesn't understand that should sell their shares and move on.



So if the CEO wants to let the professionals do their job.. then why did he refuse to file the 10K that he claimed was completed by the last auditors.

I also find it ludicrous to ask stockholders to sell their shares do to his financial irresponsibility due to his incompetence and failing to fulfill his fiduciary responsibilities.

Everyone should do their DD.

This is just my opinion.. Make sure you do your own DD.
