I agree it's not easy to do things in a foreign country where a system and procedure are infamiliar. For many here it's easy to say why can't this Chinese company do it right the first time? well, Going public in the US is a challenge navigating all the rules and procedures for any American company let alone a foreign. Here in the US, if one wants a drivers license we know we have to go to the DMV right? It's our system here. Id put money some of the Nancys here would be scratching their heads if they were told they had to get a DL in China. It's only a Dl, should be simple right? They would not know where to start, so imagine having to tackle an intricate stock exchange system.
