They could have done a better job on the communication. Yes, we knew one was coming by Aug. but they could have PRd when it was actually going to happen. It came up as a surprise to a lot of people.

As someone else said, even the scam DRYS gives advance notice via PR when they are going to execute a previously approved R/S.
