Many Lawsuits might prevent a reverse split. In this case DRYS will be trading between $4.5 ( EBV per share assuming fully dilution) and $15 PPS ( if share count remain the same). CEO seems to me finished and might be wiped out soon but company has a powerful balance sheet a/o today. Best in years w/ revenues estimation ( almost $400m, H2 ).
