The DoD regulation does not prove that Tempus has any contracts and this regulation does not provide an excuse for the TMPS SEC filings to not have the contracts listed.

The only thing that could be classified is some of the stuff within the contracts, not the fact that the contract even exists. To say that the filings do not have the contracts that are listed in the PRnewswire articles due to being classified is saying either of 2 things:

1. That prnewswire broke the law by releasing classified information, or,

2. That the prnewswire articles are all lies and that if the SEC filings repeated such information, then the company would basically be lying under oath.
