I've been out for awhile and I thought this stock was dead!! Well it is, but the leaders of this clown company don't know how to plan a funeral. It wasn't too long ago that SoOum put a PR about a federal contract for sugar!' It never happened. Now we are supposed to believe another federal contract in construction is here. CRICKETS!! No one is buying this crap
