Don't laugh to soon, I've also had lots of experience w/certain government contracts and the gov't doesn't have to read IHUB to know Tempus' history, that's what's called a background check. It's already known to them just like your credit history is known to your creditors. If there are any red flags, the contractor gets more detailed scrutiny by the gov't.
