I have been asked to clear up the mess I caused. Removal of a restrictive legend from a stock is not conversion. I will now use REMOVAL, and the word CONVERSION for conversion of debt to stock, which is dilutive. REMOVAL of restrictive legend is not dilutive, since those shares are already included in the O/S.
