I don't disagree that IF those things happen they will have revenue... I just don't believe any of those things will happen... They haven't even started the additional testing yet as per their pumpcast last week... Like I said IF it happens at all I don't expect it until 2nd quarter 2018... Mainly because if they haven't even started the additional tests they PR'd months ago the time frame on the testing along with analyzing the results puts us into late fall... And late fall in Wyoming isn't when groundbreaking on new construction tend to happen... By Nov. it will be to cold to pour concrete unless you pay the extra expenses involved with heating the ground so it can cure properly... It stays this way until March... So like I said I expect 2nd Quarter 2018 to be the earliest... Hope I am wrong and it happens sooner, but history tells me IF it happens it will be much later than CCTC'S original estimate
