OMG, the incumbent contractor is protesting the loss of their prior contract. I did not know a re-bidding was allowed. That would stink if we lose either the $45 mil or $25 mil Navy contracts.

One of which we were awarded last year and was then protested by the incumbent contractor. The contract Is being re-solicited by the Navy in the next couple of weeks.
