Can someone tell me why Etrade lists the price at .0022 and Ihub at .0027?

I was greedy and didn't get in today. Kept waiting for that pull back that didn't happen. Going to ask smack tomorrow but something isn't right with Etrade I'm afraid.

Can someone give me any clarity?
