Here's my cynical take on the happenings with this company.... and this will have to be disproved by more knowledgeable people.....

The company had to scale back the original offering of 15M, hence all the delays. They finally agreed to this latest offering of 4M(?). That is been completed. Unless I'm wrong, I'm assuming that there are no more offerings planned and since the original secondary has been scrapped..... so is the condition of the uplisting.

If I'm right, I wish the company would convey some info with the shareholders. One way or the other.
