The Government behind XECHEM(They get 7.5% Royalty Fees. Nigerian banks to back the loans, NICOSAN has FAR more DEMAND then supply and NO DAMN LOANS yet?? I don't get it. What I really don't get is HOW we are in the LOW .02's but the reality is until they can ramp up production creating more revenues this is the reality of this stock.
