Hold On Tight!

$1.21 was a great entry price, however the EC approval for Tivo due anytime between now and the end of August. If, as seems likely the approval comes then your shares will be worth at least double the $2.50 they are going for now.
I doubt very much whether you are going to see the $1.21 price you got yours at again.

Hold On to your shares, lock them so that your broker cannot lend them to the short sellers.
