I am not sure I agree with your conclusions. This is held by a small group of people really. The rest of the however many of hundreds of holders from pre-current Board days make up a minuscule amount of shares relatively speaking. So the board is obviously not buyers and many of these small holders will not buy more and this story is not out anywhere. Their lack of press releases should give you comfort rather than pause. If they were trying to scam you they would be releasing information. The current state does nothing to enrich anyone.
