Just Waiting for the Shareholder Lawsuit.
Of course new management will come from all those toxic note holders who will take over this debt loaded shell.
The only thing that WWTH had was about 7% ownership of Hang/w.
Hopefully there will be a shareholder lawsuit against Andrew and Dave who screwed all the shareholders here.
Those two threw all their friends and investors under the bus.

All the above is my opinion, after all who would believe me anyway since I drive a 1975 Vega!
