Momenta - Amphastar trial. Best as I can tell, Momenta must have finished a couple days ago, Amphastar must be presenting its witnesses, meantime, Amphastar moved to summary judgement on a number of different grounds and Momenta replied. I've downloaded the motions based on indefiniteness and make those available later when I have a chance. I've skimmed them and seems like these are arguments made in the prior SJ motion (the one made before the trial and denied). Anyway, here are the most recent entries in the docket:
