I'll keep a watch on PGAS for the future as it trades & develops over time (on a 'back-burner' watch list). It has a low float, but having too low of float just does not fit into my criteria because I need more liquidity for trades I provide subscribers. I seek a certain combination of liquidity (with a certain type of recent volatile chart history) along with a relatively low float. The combination of the 2 is what matters. I could see PGAS being better in the future one day as it might become a little more diluted over time (such as passing over 100+ million O/S). But thanks for the suggestion.
