No not really. Some are trying to play it that way though. Drink supposedly has an agreement with DMR Biologic LLC for the LipiGesic M non FDA approved product. But, DMR doesn't own the rights or patent to LipiGesic M. LipiGesic M was assigned to PMBS. It never has been assigned to DMR Biologic. Think there are some legal issues there. Also LipiGesic M had a patent assigned to PMBS which has expired due to non payment of maintenance fees. Never has been reassigned either. Will this somehow come back to benefit PMBS? Hmmm, if so then why did Russ Mitchell start up DMR Biologic LLC to try and pedal LipiGesic through it? Russel Mitchell is trying to pull a fast one on the PMBS shareholders since they and the company actually own the rights to LipiGesic M. But hey, this is stinky pinky land. lol you know what all kind of low down underhanded crap gets pulled down here. Guess we will see what happens. Buy the rumor and sell the news if there ever turns out to be any. this could run on nothing at all just like SOLO did a month or so back. GLTY and all playing this. Hope it runs like hell!
