So is it rare for a company either this type of share structure 6.7B OS to make it into nasdaq without a RS?

My belief is Tom is trying to line up all the Big news to not raise the SP, but if he can do it correctly, he could catapult the SP up to $1 by well timed PR and fins releases.

Basically what I'm saying is, momentum can overcome any RS. If he can raise the SP naturally than it would make it that much easier to buyback shares and not have to do a RS.

Does hat make sense?
