The co. missed there chance for a takeover when Hobbs was the CEO back in 2007 with under 15M shares out and no debt. Now they have with preferred over 500M and close to 20M in debt. If u call the CEO she will tell u if they don't get reverse co. is in trouble. Call her and report back to the board what she says.
