What do you think, RPH just gets up goes to the office and send out a PR? If he wants to release a PR it is drafted up the the PR firm reviews it. Good firms makes ammendments to it then send it back to the company and or legal staff for review. Once approved the PR firm is given a date to release. PR's is a process, not a one man show. This info was in the works for a few days up to a week.
