Ok...this is bigger than we think.

Just checking who the competitors will be and I see a pretty big market out there.

At first I thought there would be a lot of $12 per hour employees but ,then

found the type of positions that command some pretty big bucks.

From a list of 35 senior positions one company filled, here is a few titles to give us an idea.

CFO
Chief Tech Officer
Director Of Stores
Senior Merchandise Manager and so on and so on.

Many positions command at least 200 resumes , and who the heck has time in a company to weed thr them all. Employment agencies are the ones that are specialists ...so pay them to create the short list and preliminary interviews and save money by outsourcing and a 10 % fee.

So as numbers of an average of 6,000 new employees needed in each legal state , and increasing, there is lots of room for an experienced new player.

My concept of 600 job fills for first year may have been too conservative . For sure any business local to pot operation would be easier for clients to access, but the market is across the u.s. and this years number of open positions seem to be about 150,000

Someone else can play with the math and add an extra zeo for good measure.

Experience in the employment field puts csce near the top of the success line..is my opinion.

Thats my little bit of digging...I m sure you pro diggers can find more info than me..
