It actually has a long and established history of shafting longs/commons by dilution and R/S if truth be told.

Do hold your breath on the Marshall island legal system helping out, GE has been down this road before and got the green light from Marshall island to carry on his business, why do you think he is registered there? Different ball game.
It amazes me that so many think this is a stock to hold, look at its history since it was IPOed, complete share price annihilation and complete control and self serving from GE and his family. Some of you need to wake up and smell the coffee, very few have made good green in DRYS by holding, an awful lot of money has been displaced from the US investor to GEs offshore accounts by people thinking they can second guess GE and trying to call bottom.
