Whole sector ready for a pop

Have to imagine Congress will pass to extend amendment barring the DOj from going after marijuana companies. I have no doubt when looking at other charts that this has been fear hanging over sector since may, and once its put to bed you could see a big and sharp rally in these stocks.

To much money & tax dollars being generated now for them to hand over power to the DOJ to shut whole industry down. Wont happen as it would destroy a lot of red states who now rely on those tax dollars.

Vote could be early August now as McConnell extended August recess by week or two....but its coming!

Buy on te rumer, sell on the news

...meaning buy now and wait for the ppropiations bill vote
