Yeah that is what I would call it too. When there are all these Kaboom rumors, Big Jane tips, bloated valuations, big black blobs, delusion insurance, phoney chances of success all with the specific intent of driving up the ERHC share price prior to drilling so it could be sold for a profit while trying to hide the truth, all for personal gain, is not something I care to be a part of.
The ERHC share price was never going to go up unless they actually found oil. They didn't, then they pretended they might have and finally, after many long months, they finally had to admit they didn't.
