There is no "oxygen". The Company is dead. Gone. Shutdown in Chapter 7 liquidation. Any claims that the Company is still in operation are not factual.

Shareholders will receive nothing.

And Chapter 7 liquidations often take a very long time to sort out. Nothing unusual here.
