I agree, however sales need to at least multiply by about 25 to 40 after fine-tuning some of my estimates. Good advertisement can make that happen easily. However then they will need to have more sales to cover advertisement. Their product is great (I love it, as well as a few others I know who have tried it) and should sell rapidly when it becomes popular. Not too many are familiar with it.

As popular as Amazon is, most people prefer to buy this type of product in singles when they want to try it out. If they could get their products distributed in convenience stores like other name brands that would definitely help them take off. I now see they now sell their products in the Catskills, NY, San Bernardino, CA, and in the Dallas, TX area. I am assuming they did acquire the old Friar Tuck INN and must have it up and running!

I am still not happy with their financials and intend to wait until after the next 10-q as I am not expecting a good one financial wise, but it may have some good news on sales and plans of expansions of distributors. They need to start selling their product closer to the NY and Boston Metro areas. They should expand into the Los Angeles areas as well. That's where the people are in larger numbers and will equal much higher sales.

I am also still afraid of another dilution. I agree with Altitrade on that one, they are low on cash and I don't think their revenues will be high enough to stay in business without 1 more dilution. Sad but true. I think the one big mistake they made was trying to grow too fast. They should of concentrated on profits by selling locally in the Dallas area and spreading out.

Although the Old Friar Tuck Inn location is a perfect location and if they can get out of their financial jam then this will be huge. Plus distribution in the Los Angeles area would definitely be massive sales. Once they spread into the metro areas, boom 40X sales easy. Possibly even bigger than Monster or Red Bull in a few years!

Bottom line is I don't want to take a loss on a dilution, but do not want to be on the sidelines if this starts competing with Monster and Red Bull.
