Don't see how this is the same as companies that have proven sales that are significant, just because you think they don't need adding shares to the total ? You sure that's never going happen again ? What kind of guarantee you have on that ?

This company appears needing to sale Patents because they can't sell enough and they are in a tough position because selling shares would be rough considering current PPS. You don't know they still might need to add more shares if they can't sell those Patents.

Who really knows if they can even sell those Patents ? Until it's done it's just talk for message boards. For YEARS AND YEARS they have talk big but haven't shown the dollars to back it up.

Remember this is the same company back in late 2012 going sell BNP and eventually BNF and where did that led to ? Years later still needing to sale Patents ?
