Seems you missed my point on the future sales. DECN has absolutely no indication of potential for a lot of future sales. Simply look at the financials or look at the past failed pumps of major sales. There is nothing that would indicate any material sales potential from DECN. As I stated before, if the company can start to gain some traction in the sales front in the next 6-24 months then a significant premium could potentially come into play. I don't doubt that another company could do very well with DECN's products, but no one is going to bid against themselves.

Outside of that, how are you aware of $3-$5 Million from a financier or the supposed offer of $0.20-$0.30?
