Our calculations and modelling are fun and I think help pass the time and place reasonable boundaries on the quantitative outcome outcome we might see here.

The timing, details, publicity, KK statements, and scope (defendants only or other infringing companies paying back royalties), additional contracts, terms of back royalties, etc. will have a tremendous impact on market response. We are now just bystanders of this Greek play.

That said, I think (hope???) that we are in the ball park. Based upon additional "insights", my guesstimate of June 25th for the OS count is accurate.
