The SEC revocation you refer to in your prior post
is regarding a company that falsified that they
were getting FDA approval for a product.

You are libeling the company if you are indicating
that the Neurolase does not have FDA clearance.

You are libeling the company if you are falsely
alleging that the SHBAN tests (from over 5 reputable
centers) were falsified.

You are libeling the company in falsely alleging
that the management are "criminals".

You are libeling the company with about a dozen
other false statements.

i.e. There are not multiple "lawsuits". What
proof do you have of anything you say, other
than you are a liar!

Hopefully, you will be tos'd until you come
