FNHI has an 85mm Float ?
Used to have a 225mm O/S till the CEO retired 100mm of his 112mm common shares back into treasury.
That's 45% of the O/S locked away till the Company is bought out.
PPS goes down, so does his investment.
He wants the PPS back above in the dollar range.

I'd stay away from all of those Billion share super sub penny plays unless all you want is to buy at .0001/ sell at .0002.
Problem with those, so many shares it takes months just to get a fill.
And most are screaming R/S candidates. $16k into one of those is pure balls man! But we all know what will happen if one stays in too long........,
