Actually your statement is not exactly accurate. While nothing yet has come from the real estate scam, expired patient and lawsuits you can't exactly say that "nothing has happened in 4 years. May I remind you that the bottom fell out of this stock and left a lot of investors with huge losses.

I would not consider that "nothing"
