However, you just said it was IMPOSSIBLE for dilution to take place on a Q. New common stock is going to be issued at a lower price than market value and we don't even know how much! It could end up being diluted to shit for all you know! There's no guarantees here, I like my chances of gaining a little on here but the vagueness within these documents tell me where the risk is.
