I talked to Jan about the lots and crops. I like what I heard. The development is quite a ways away from ground breaking but he knows what he's doing and it sounds like there is only one way to go....up! I only own 230k shares, all at a loss, some as much as 85% down.....but after talking to him, it's time to do some more averaging down. He's not into this pump and dump scheme that goes on in the penny world and is verified by his own stock purchases on the open market. I'm as sold on this stock as much as I can be given the risks that are always there. But...like ANY stock.....NEVER bet more than you can afford to loose.
