It can't hurt. Very few traders I know draw the line at what level they will invest if they think they can make money. Some claim to have limits on pinks but hey rules are made to be broken. I value the uplist at 25-40 percent raise back to .035 to .04 area. After that it falls back on the company to head north with completed deals faster than they give away shares.
