They will spin-off HempLife Today as a private company. You'll receive dividend shares of the company which will be worthless since you'll not be able to trade them. HempLife Today is already incorporated in Colorado. The A/S is 1,500 which means the company is private. The Directors of the Company are James Ballas & Timothy Zorn. Proof of filing is below. Just another red flag like the Name Change, convertible debt issued at par .001, & the ridiculous revenue projection of $50M in a few years. Go Jimmy!!!!!!
