Why do you think he wants to issue all the shares? If they really are in negotiations, he will not have any reason to do that. It seems simple to me, they have an improvement on current drug that makes it more efficient and less harmful. FDA is behind them, meaning the current drug will become irrelevant. That company has a choice of either buying this company and keep sales flowing into their coffers or let market share quickly fall to nothing. The fact that the add on might be effective for other drugs/diseases makes this a home run in time. Big pharma can buy now while there is still confusion in the market or JV with us or pay much much more down the line. All this other drivel about warrants, reverse splits or issuing more shares is just noise. I don't see us standing for long. The days of little guy making 100 times on their money is gone. Big pharma has the cash to buy now and develop the product for themselves and the insties that own them.
