That's old news my friend. We are back to the waiting game. Court date is now Sept 7. However the company changed their name to ARO Liquidation, Inc., which doesn't sound good. Although you never know. What will the judge decide on Sept 7 or will it get delayed again. I think all those delays are a good thing. Keep an eye out for the next 10-q, should be out in 2 weeks or less.
I personally only invest in stocks that I am 100 percent confident now. I got in to this one when I first started off. It has been a learning experience. I am averaged in about 7 cents, and could of taken my money out quite a few times with small profits. I refuse to sell on superstition. I'm holding until judgement is final or really definite bad news is out. This is still a gamble, however after next 10-q we will get a better feeling for what our odds are.
