False. Take another look and you will see that at that exact time, the market had just closed at .60. It was the morning before the rise to 1.07. It had already been run up from .03 to .60.

I remember because I knew that TMPS was due for a pullback. I recommended to short the hell out of it and I was correct. A friend of mine on this site actually won more than $3000 by shorting it from the top down.
