Same for FTRPR as Company will issue as many as 20, that's twenty shares of common for each 1,one share of FTRPR held. Quite a deal. Number of shares will be in proportion to PPS of FTR common at time of transaction. 20 to 1 is if the common PPS is 5.00 or less, that we do know. One hell of a deal which is why so much strength in buy side yesterday. Institutional buying.
