Unfortunately the gaps can never be put to rest permanently. If this dips this week, I'm not waiting around for .14 to hit. I'll probably buy around .22, but the fake news started from all the way at the bottom and the gaps are support points. If .18 breaks, .14 will hit. If .14 breaks, .055 will hit. If that breaks, we will bottom out at 3 cents.

Look, I'm getting real interested in this stock, but I just can't get around the following:

If Tempus is a sub-recipient, then take a look at the 2016 and 2017 links and tell me which prime recipients listed on these 2 pages to look into.
