So by making MJ legal and taxing it the states will have more money to cover the burden it's users who currently use anyway put on them?

Less burden to tax payers from having to lock them up and all this money going to the US economy instead of foreign countries smuggling it in for illegal sales.

Most of the people buying rec use now were pre existing users. Who were purchasing illegally before.
